This should be a thing, and I figure we should coin a term! But what would it mean? I noticed Hooniverse unsurprisingly used the term !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! (according to Google). The collective Oppo should determine what the CPH criteria would be.
Is this a term of endearment, meaning it's been cared for by an enthusiast and used for it's proper purpose (hoonage)?
Or is this a term meant to scare you away from a used car because it's seen one too many donut sessions?
What say ye Oppo?

Too many donut sessions for sure.

I would consider the term to be likened to a ricecar. As in an econobox that's been horribly modified with no care for maintenance .

I say the doughnut one, and CBE should Certified by Enthusiast fits the 1st def perfectly

The latter, now if the car is certified for hoonabilty, that's where we want to be.

CBE vs. CPH. I like it.

While I'm ok with hooning my own cars, I prefer the PO to leave them alone. To me, "enthusiast owned" is a bad thing

Certified Hoonable, or Certified Hoon-worthy perhaps. Interesting.

with the CBE it should apply to cars that have done hoonage but benn fixed and well taken care of afterwards. and CPH is just a car that has been thrashed abut with litte after care.

Yeah, I'm not sure I'd want my car after I'm done with it.
Good: Person cares about vehicle, and thus, maintains it well.
Bad: Person has been picky about maintenance because OH MY GOSH IT'S BEEN VIOLATED IN EVERY WAY.

When I sold my Legacy GT in June, the buyer became a bit standoff-ish when I told them all the maintenance I did, and that I had all of the records for everything. Literally every penny I spent on the car had been documented in some way, shape, or form. It kind of weirded him out and I can't fault him for it.
